Application versioning Improvement — The versioning of the service application and the customer panel has been unified.
Last note New — A column with the date of the last note in the ticket and an icon showing the source of the last note (customer, service) have been added to the list of tickets.
Filtering by deadline New — Added the ability to filter requests by deadline.
Sorting by deadline Hotfix — The sorting mechanism by completion date in the list of requests has been improved.
