Regulations for the provision of electronic services

§1. General provisions

1. These Regulations define the rules for the provision of services electronically by Frigg Systems Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Katowice, Al. Wojciecha Korfantego 2 (room 932), entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number 0000938173, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 6343004578, National Business Registry Number (REGON): 520720631 E-mail address: contact@friggsystems.com Contact telephone number: +48 660 005 040.
2. Services are provided in accordance with applicable law, in particular:
   • Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means,
   • Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights,
   • and other applicable provisions of Polish and EU law.

§2. Scope of activity

1. Frigg Systems Sp. z o.o. provides services in the following areas:
   • custom software design and development,
   • technical support and maintenance of IT systems,
   • IT and cybersecurity training,
   • cybersecurity consulting and audits.
2. The company does not conduct retail sales of tangible products in the sense of a classic online store.

§3. Rules for the provision of services

1. Services are provided on the basis of individual agreements concluded with clients, in electronic or written form.
2. The agreements specify detailed terms of cooperation, including:
   • scope of services,
   • implementation schedule,
   • payment terms,
   • warranty, liability, and complaint procedure.
3. In the case of services provided periodically or on a subscription basis, the Customer receives a VAT invoice to the e-mail address provided.

§4. Prices and payments

1. Service prices are determined individually through an offer or agreement.
2. Payment can be made by bank transfer or through the Paynow online payment system, operated by mBank S.A. Note: The entity providing online payment services is mBank S.A.
3. The client can also pay for the ordered services through the external payment system imoje, operated by ING Bank Śląski S.A. based in Katowice. The VAT invoices/proforma invoices we issue may contain a link to the imoje payment. The link may also be included in the email you receive from us along with your accounting document.
4. All prices are quoted in Polish zloty (PLN), unless the agreement states otherwise.

§5. Service provision

1. The deadline and method of service delivery are individually determined in the contract with the Client.
2. Frigg Systems Sp. z o.o. undertakes to provide services with due diligence, in accordance with current technical and professional knowledge.
3. The Client is obligated to cooperate in the provision of services, including providing necessary information and materials.

§6. Withdrawal from the contract

1. Customers who are consumers (if the offer is addressed to consumers) have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act, unless the contract provides otherwise.
2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to services that were fully performed with the customer's consent before the withdrawal period expires.
3. In the case of B2B contracts, the terms of withdrawal are specified in the individual contract.

§7. Complaints

1. Complaints regarding service delivery should be submitted via email to: contact@friggsystems.com.
2. The complaint should include contact information, a description of the problem, and the Customer's request.
3. Complaints are reviewed within 14 business days of receipt.
4. The Customer will be informed of the outcome of the complaint via email.

§8. Protection of personal data and privacy

1. The personal data controller is Frigg Systems Sp. z o.o.
2. Personal data is processed for the purpose of providing services, contacting the Client, issuing invoices, and fulfilling legal obligations.
3. The principles of data processing are described in a separate document – Personal Data.

§9. Limitations and liability

1. Frigg Systems Sp. z o.o. is not liable for service interruptions resulting from causes beyond its control (e.g., equipment failures, force majeure).
2. To the extent permitted by law, the company's liability is limited to the amount of the fee for the service.

§10. Final provisions

1. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
2. Any disputes arising from the provision of services will be resolved by the Common Court having jurisdiction over the registered office of Frigg Systems Sp. z o.o.
3. Frigg Systems Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
