MamonApp privacy policy

The controller of data related to the MamonApp application is::

MamonApp is designed so that most information entered by the user remains on the user's device.

MamonApp does not require users to create an account.

Frigg Systems does not create a MamonApp user profile and does not require a user's name, email address, telephone number or bank account details to use the application's core functionality.

Information entered into MamonApp, including:

• expenses and amounts,
• expense categories,
• shopping lists,
• store names,
• products,
• prices,
• quantities and units,
• manufacturers,
• purchase dates,
• currencies,

is generally stored locally on the user's device.

Frigg Systems does not receive this information on its servers and does not have access to the user's household budget history.

Deleting data from the application or uninstalling the application may remove locally stored information, subject to copies that may be retained by the user through Apple iCloud services.

MamonApp allows users to search for products using barcodes and to submit proposed new or updated product information.

When this feature is used, the following information may be transmitted to the product database service:

• product barcode,
• product name,
• manufacturer name.

This information is used solely to identify products and to create and maintain a shared product information database available to MamonApp users.

MamonApp does not associate submitted product information with a user's name, email address, user account or another identifier used by Frigg Systems to determine the identity of the person submitting the information.

Users should not enter personal information or unrelated content into fields intended for product information. Requests to correct or remove a product record may be sent to hello@friggsystems.com and should identify the relevant barcode.

MamonApp may use the device camera to scan product barcodes.

Camera images are used to recognize the barcode. Photographs and camera recordings are not transmitted to Frigg Systems or stored in the product database.

After recognition, the barcode value may be transmitted to the product database in order to identify the corresponding product.

MamonApp data and backups stored on the device may, depending on the user's device and Apple Account settings, be included in Apple iCloud storage or backup services.

Such data is handled by Apple as part of its iCloud services.

Frigg Systems does not upload MamonApp database backups to its own servers and does not have access to data stored by the user in their iCloud account.

Apple's handling of such information is governed by Apple's applicable privacy policy and service terms.

MamonApp is offered through monthly and annual subscriptions.

Purchases, renewals and subscription management are handled using Apple's App Store and StoreKit mechanisms.

Frigg Systems does not receive the user's payment card number, bank account number or other payment instrument details.

The application may receive technical entitlement or transaction information from Apple where necessary to determine whether the user has an active subscription.

MamonApp does not use third-party analytics systems such as Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics or Sentry.

MamonApp does not use user information for behavioral advertising and does not track users across applications or websites owned by other companies.

If a user contacts Frigg Systems by email, we may process information voluntarily included in the correspondence, including:

• the user's email address,
• the content of the message,
• technical information voluntarily supplied to resolve the issue,
• other information voluntarily supplied by user.

We use this information only to respond to the request, provide support, perform contractual obligations or protect our legal rights.

Support correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to handle the request and thereafter for any period required by law or reasonably necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

Budget information stored locally remains on the user's device until deleted by the user, application data is cleared or the application is removed, subject to existing backups.

Product information stored in the shared product database may remain there for as long as necessary to operate and maintain the product database. Records may be corrected or removed if they are inaccurate, outdated or violate applicable rules.

Support correspondence is retained as described above.

Where Frigg Systems processes a user's personal data, the user may, where provided by applicable law, request:

• access,
• rectification,
• erasure,
• restriction of processing,
• data portability,
• objection to processing.

Where processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Poland, this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

These rights are reflected, among other provisions, in Articles 12–22 of the GDPR.

We use appropriate organizational and technical measures to reduce the risk of unauthorized access to information under our control.

Most financial information processed by MamonApp remains locally on the user's device and is not transmitted to Frigg Systems infrastructure.

We may update this Privacy Policy if MamonApp functionality, data-processing practices, used services or applicable laws change.

The current version will be made available through the application and on the webpage associated with MamonApp.
